Cabbage egg fried riceโ€ฆ

Rice 1 cup
Ghee 2 spn
Salt
Cabbage finely chopped 1/2 cup
Egg 2 or 3
Pepper powder 1 spn
Ginger 1 inch
Green chilies 2
Onion 1
Jeera 1 spn

Cook rice with 1 spn of ghee and little salt
Keep it cool

Heat a pan
Add oil and a spn of ghee
Add jeera
And add onion saute well
Add ginger green chilies paste
Fry until it turns golden brown
Add cabbage
Cook with salt
Once 50% cooked add salt and pepper
Now add eggs
Fry well
Add cooked rice mix well
Chk salt n pepper

Garnish with coriander leaves

Chilli sauce and soya sauce optionalโ€ฆ.

Cabbage Pakoda

Cabbage 1 cup ( roughly chopped)
Onion 2
Gram flour 1 cup
Corn flour or rice flour 3 spn
Ginger garlic green chilies paste 2 spn or more
Hing 1 pinch
Salt as required
Curry leaves, corriander leaves finely chopped 1/4 cup
Oil for deep frying

Heat oil in a pan for deep frying

Mix all ingredients in a bowl with little water(just sprinkle the water little by little)
Make it little tight consistency
The batter should not be too tight
Put it in oil as desired shape
Fry it until golden brown
