Ribbon Pakoda (Ola Pakoda)

Rice flour 1 cup
Besan flour 1/2 cup
Chilli powder 1 spn or more
Hing 1/4 spn
Sesame seeds 1 spn optional
Garlic pods 4 to 5 optional
Butter or hot oil 1 spn
Salt as required
Curry leaves few optional
Oil for deep frying

Grind Garlic pods with salt and little besan flour without any lumps..
Sieve the rice flour and besan flour and keep it ready..
In a mixing bowl add all ingredients without oil..
Mix it without water.. let the butter spread evenly..
Add water little by little ,make a tight doughโ€ฆ
Heat oil for frying..
Use the desired ribbon pakoda shape maker..
Add it into hot oil..
Flip inbetween..
Remove once the bubbles stop from oil..
Use high medium flame..
Once all dough done fry curry leaves in oil..
Break the pakoda roughly..
Add the fried curry leaves if you like the flavor..
Store it in a air tight container..

Moong Dhal Spinach Pakoda

Moong dhal 1/2 cup
Spinach 1 cup finely chopped
Curry leaves few finely chopped
Green chillies 3 to 5 finely chopped
Corriander leaves finely chopped 1/4 cup
Cumin seeds 1 spn
Ginger thinly sliced 2 spn
Salt as required
Oil for deep frying
Soak moong dhal for 1 hour..
Drain water.. grind it into coarse paste..
Add all other ingredients..
Mix well with little water if required..
Batter should be thick.. like pakoda batter..
Take small portions.. deep fry in hot oil..
Fry until it turns crispy texture..
Drain oil completely..
Serve hotโ€ฆ

Whole Green Gram Pakoda

Whole green gram dhal 1/2 cup
Raw rice 3 table spoon
Ginger 1 inch
Red chilies 5
Onion 1 finely chopped
Curry leaves few
Fennel seeds 1/2 spn
Cumin seeds 1/4 spn
Salt as required
Corriander leaves few
Oil for deep frying

Soak green dhal and rice over night..
Drain water and grind along with ginger and red chilies ..
Add little water..
Batter should be thick ..
Mix onion , fennel seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, corriander leaves and salt..
Heat oil in a pan
Take batter in a spoon and put it in oil..
Make the shape as desired..
Deep fry until it turns golden brown..
Yummy crunchy healthy pakoda ready..
Serve hot with tea.. along with chutney or ketchupโ€ฆ

Cabbage Pakoda

Cabbage 1 cup ( roughly chopped)
Onion 2
Gram flour 1 cup
Corn flour or rice flour 3 spn
Ginger garlic green chilies paste 2 spn or more
Hing 1 pinch
Salt as required
Curry leaves, corriander leaves finely chopped 1/4 cup
Oil for deep frying

Heat oil in a pan for deep frying

Mix all ingredients in a bowl with little water(just sprinkle the water little by little)
Make it little tight consistency
The batter should not be too tight
Put it in oil as desired shape
Fry it until golden brown

Cauliflower Pakoda..

Cauliflower 1 cup
Gram flour 1/2 cup
Corn flour or rice flour 1 spn
Chilli powder 1 spn
Fennel seeds powder 1/4 spn
Hing 1 pinch
Baking soda a pinch
Salt
Oil for deep frying

Clean the cauliflower well
Cook cauliflower 10%
I kept in microwave oven for five mins
Mix all the powders without water
Put the mix into the quarter cooked cauliflower
Mix well
Sprinkle water if need
Deep fry in oil

Serve hot with ketchup or chutney ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹

Spinach Pakoda

Spinach 1 cup finely chopped
Onion finely chopped 1
Ginger grated 1 spn
Garlic grated 1 spn
Besan flour 1 cup
Rice flour 1 spn or cornflour
Chilli powder 1 spn
Hing a pinch
Salt as required
Oil for deep frying

Mix all ingredients with little water
Make it as tight dough

Heat oil for deep frying
Make small balls or any shape
Fry until golden brown

Onion Pakoda in Airfryer

Onion 2 thinly sliced
Ginger 2 inch thinly sliced
Green chillies 3 finely chopped
Curry leaves and corriander leaves few finely chopped
Salt as required
Hot oil 2 spn
Besan flour 1 cup
Rice flour 1/2 cup
Baking soda 1/2 spn optional
Hing 1 pinch

Mix all ingredients except flours..
After mixing add besan flour, rice flour, baking soda.. and hot oil..
Make pakodas directly in air Fryer 375 deg for 12 minutes.. flip inbetween blush with oil if required..

Can add veggies or spinach too..
Serve hot with chutneysโ€ฆ
