Caramel Bread Pudding

Bread slices 10
Egg 2
Milk 1.5 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Vanilla essence 1 spn or cardamom powder 1/2 spn
Ghee 2 spn or melted butter

In a mixing bowl add 1/2 cup sugar, egg, milk ,ghee and vanilla essence..
Beat well until sugar melts.
In a mixi grind the bread into bread crumbs..
Add the breadcrumbs into egg mixture..
Keep aside..
In a pan add another 1/2 cup of sugar and 2 spn of water.
Let it cook until it turns into brown color. Our caramel is ready.
Grease a baking pan or pot and pour the caramel immediately and spread even in the bottom..
Add the bread mixture little by little..
cover the pan with foil sheet with few holes in it.
Preheat oven 400’F
Place the pudding pan and bake for 45 to 50 minutes..
Check with a tooth pick once its done. If its not cooked keep it for few more minutes..
Once done remove from the oven.
Let it cool for few minutes..
Flip it into a plate. Serve cold or hot..
Yummy caramel bread pudding ready …

Bread Omelet Pizza

Bread slices 4 to 6
Egg 3
Milk 4 spn
Salt as required
Pepper 1/2 spn
Green chilies finely chopped 1/2 spn optional
Pizza sauce or pasta sauce for spreading
Cheese for topping
Butter 2 spn

Cut bread slices into small dices..
Mix egg, milk, salt, pepper, green chili in a mixing bowl. Mix gently.
Add the cut bread slices.
Mix well.
In a heavy bottom pan add butter..
Once it melt spread evenly.
Pour the mixed bread and make it even.
Cover and cook in low medium flame 5 to 7 minutes..
Flip gently without breaking..
add the pizza sauce or pasta sauce on top..
Spread cheese as required..
Cover and cook again for 5 to 7 minutes..
Check with a knife whether cooked in middle..
Once the cheese melt completely remove it from the pan..
Cut into desired shape and serve hot..
Quick and delicious bread omelet pizza ready..

Soft Milk Bun (no kneading no sugar)

All purpose flour 300g little more or less
Melted butter 1/4 cup
Milk 140 ml
Sugar 2 spn
Egg 1
Yeast 1/2 spn(4g)
Salt 1 spn

Mix yeast and sugar in watm milk..
Let the yeast get activated..
After 10 minutes take a mixing bowl..
Add butter and egg..
Beat with a ladle or spoon..
Add activated yeast..
Add flour and salt too..
Mix with spoon itself..
Once it reach sticky dough consistency cover it ..
Let it sit for 1 hour to 1.5 hours..
Now the dough becomes double..
Now punch the gas.. roll it..
Cut it into equal portions..
Arrange it in a baking tray..
Let it sit again for 30 minutes for second proofing..
Now the dough raise little more..
Beat egg and apply on top of the bread dough..
Bake 375 deg for 20 to 25 minutes until the top portion turns little brown..
Remove from oven..
Apply butter on the top..
Cover it…
After 10 minutes open it..
Now the soft fluffy milk bread is ready..
If you want sweet flavor add 1/4 cup sugar while mixing the dough…

Dinner Rolls

All purpose flour 3.5 cup (450g approximately)
Yeast 5g (1 pocket)
Sugar 1/4 cup and 1 spn(10 g)
Salt 5g(1 spn)
Milk 1 cup (250 ml)
Egg 1
Melted butter 1/2 cup
Oil or butter for greasing

Keep all ingredients ready..
Lets activate the yeast first..
In a mixing bowl add yeast, sugar 1 spn and milk..(milk should be lukewarm)..
Let it set for 10 minutes..
Now you can see the yeast activitied..
Add melted butter and egg now..
Mix well with a spoon or ladle..
Add sugar, salt and flour now..
Mix well..
Transfer into a flat surface for kneading..
Grease butter or oil in palm and the dough as well..
Sprinkle little flour for kneading.. so that dough not stick in our hands..
Knead well for 10 minutes until the dough becomes smooth..
This kneading is very important to achieve a soft texture of our rolls..
Cover it air tight and keep aside for 1 hour..
For first proofing..
After 1 hour you can see the dough becomes double..
Punch the gas from the dough..
Now make it flat and cut it into pieces..
Roll each piece by tucking the dough into a smooth ball..
Do all the pieces into ball..
Arrange it in a baking tray.. (use parchment sheet if required)
Grease with oil on the top..
Cover again for 30 minutes for second proofing..
Now the dough raise again..
Now preheat over for 375 deg…
Meanwhile take 1 egg and a spn of milk..
Remove the cover from the tray
Beat well .. and give the rolls egg wash gently..
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes..
Adjust 5 to 8 minutes more depending upon the oven type..
Remove once the rolls turn brown on top..
Yummy homemade dinner rolls ready..

Muruku/Chakli with bread

Bread slices 6 to 7
Rice flour 2 cup
Besan flour 1/2 cup
Sesame seeds 2 spn
Ajwan 2 spn
Chilli powder 2 spn or more
Hing 1/2 spn
Butter or ghee 1 spn
Salt as required
Oil for deep frying

Soak bread in water. Squeeze water completely and put it in a mixing bowl..
Add other ingredients except oil..
Add water little by little..
Knead well until it reaches muruku dough consistency..
Not too loose or too tight..
Make desired shape with muruku maker..
Deep fry in hot oil until it turns crispy..
Store it in air tight container after it cool down..
I used honey wheat bread.. we can use any kind of bread..

Health Mix Muruku/Chakli with bread

Bread slices 6 to 7
Rice flour 1 cup
Health mix flour 3 cups
Sesame seeds 2 spn
Ajwan 2 spn
Chilli powder 2 spn or more
Hing 1/2 spn
Butter or ghee 1 spn
Salt as required
Oil for deep frying

Soak bread in water. Squeeze water completely and put it in a mixing bowl..
Add other ingredients except oil..
Add water little by little..
Knead well until it reaches muruku dough consistency..
Not too loose or too tight..
Make desired shape with muruku maker..
Deep fry in hot oil until it turns crispy..
Store it in air tight container after it cool down..

Banana Bread came out awesome in air fryer..

All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Wheat flour 1/4 cup
Salt 1/8 spoon
Baking soda 1/4 spoon
Ripped banana 2
Egg 1
Sugar 1/2 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Yogurt plain 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence 1/2 spoon
Brown sugar 2 spoon optional

Mix flours and salt baking soda keep aside.
Mash banana well
Add other ingredients one by one . Beat well. Add the flour mixture beat well.
Pour it in cake bowl
Air fryer settings 310 for 30 minutes.. check with tooth pick.. add 5 more minutes if needed..
Cool before serving
Yummy banana bread ready..

One Pot Bread Pudding in Airfryer

Bread slices 6 (any kind)
Eggs 4
Sugar 1 cup
Milk 2 cups
Vanilla essence 1 spn(can replace with cardamom powder or chocolate flavor)
Ghee or melted butter 2 spn
Nuts and raisins 2 spn or more optional

Mix egg and sugar well until sugar melts..
Add in milk and vanilla essence beat well..
Add in other ingredients except bread mix well..
Finally cut the bread into squares add it ..
Mix gently..cover well with foil sheet.

In airfryer keep the pot directly
use bake mode 375 deg for 40 minutes.. check after 30 minutes..
Adjust 5 to 10 minutes ..
Use a fork or chopstick to check its done..

Use oven safe ceramic or cake bowl..

Yummy bread pudding ready..
