
Thin noodles pack 1
Carrot, beans finely chopped 1 cup
Garlic 5 to 6 pods finely chopped
Onion 1 finely chopped optional can replace it as spring onions
Chilli sauce 2 spn
Soya sauce 1 spn
Chilli powder 1 spn
Pepper powder 1/2 spn
Oil 2 spn
Salt as required
Boil veggies separately
Boil noodles and drain the water keep aside
Heat a pan
Add oil
Add garlic fry until dark brown
Add onions fry until brown
Add boiled veggies
Add chilli powder and chilli sauce and soya sauce salt now
Fry well for few mins
Add cooked noodles
Mix gently for few mins in medium flame
Transfer it into serving bowl
Yummy noodles ready ๐๐
