Special Tea

For tea lovers..

Dry ginger 1 inch
Cardamom (elachi) 5 to 6
Cloves 5 to 6
Whole pepper 1 spn
Grind these ingredients coarsely..keep it in a airtight box.. use 1/2 spn along with ur teapowder .. it will give a refreshing taste..

Tea recipe::

Heat 1 cup of water in a vessel..
Turn on the stove
Add tea powder and masala powder(optional)
Bring it to boil
Add 1 cup milk.. once it boiling reduce the flane and stir well.. allow it to boil few more minutes..
Add sugar at the end always..
Strain it and serve hot…

Tea Masala powder can be replaced with ginger or cardamom or cinnamon etc.

Wheat Cake Sandwich

Sugar 1/2 cup
Wheat flour 1 cup
Oil or melted butter 3 to 4 spoon
Egg 1
Milk 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence 1 spn (can replace with desired flavour)
Baking powder 1 spoon
Salt a pinch

Mix all items in a bowl..
Pour in sandwich maker batch by batch..
Just like doing for sandwiches..
Yummy cake sandwich ready in less than 5 minutes..

Banana Bread came out awesome in air fryer..

All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Wheat flour 1/4 cup
Salt 1/8 spoon
Baking soda 1/4 spoon
Ripped banana 2
Egg 1
Sugar 1/2 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Yogurt plain 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence 1/2 spoon
Brown sugar 2 spoon optional

Mix flours and salt baking soda keep aside.
Mash banana well
Add other ingredients one by one . Beat well. Add the flour mixture beat well.
Pour it in cake bowl
Air fryer settings 310 for 30 minutes.. check with tooth pick.. add 5 more minutes if needed..
Cool before serving
Yummy banana bread ready..

Chole Vada in Airfryer

Whole channa 1 cup
Onion 1 finely chopped
Ginger 1 inch
Red chili 4 to 5
Mint corriander leaves few finely chopped
Hing 1 pinch
Curry leaves few finely chopped
Fennel seeds 1 spn
Cinnamon 1 inch
Cloves 2
Salt as required
Oil just for brushing

Soak channa 4 hrs or over night
Grind channa , red chilies, ginger,cinnamon,cloves, salt together without water.
Mix other ingredients together..
Adjust salt.
Vada dough ready..
Make vada in airfryer 400 deg for 10 minutes
Brush with oil after 5 minutes. Flip inbetween..
Adjust cooking time if needed..

Serve hot…

Milk Pudding (Indian version)

Milk 1.5 cup
Egg 3
Powdered sugar 1 cup
Cardamom powder 1/4 spn

Mix egg and sugar first without any lumps..
Add milk and cardamom powder.
Beat well.
Cover the bowl with foil sheet

Steam it for 20 mins. I used instant pot steam option.. came out perfect..

Can add any flavors like chocolate, vanilla, or rose water too..

Make it cool.. yummy pudding ready to serve…

Onion Pakoda in Airfryer

Onion 2 thinly sliced
Ginger 2 inch thinly sliced
Green chillies 3 finely chopped
Curry leaves and corriander leaves few finely chopped
Salt as required
Hot oil 2 spn
Besan flour 1 cup
Rice flour 1/2 cup
Baking soda 1/2 spn optional
Hing 1 pinch

Mix all ingredients except flours..
After mixing add besan flour, rice flour, baking soda.. and hot oil..
Make pakodas directly in air Fryer 375 deg for 12 minutes.. flip inbetween blush with oil if required..

Can add veggies or spinach too..
Serve hot with chutneys…

One Pot Bread Pudding in Airfryer

Bread slices 6 (any kind)
Eggs 4
Sugar 1 cup
Milk 2 cups
Vanilla essence 1 spn(can replace with cardamom powder or chocolate flavor)
Ghee or melted butter 2 spn
Nuts and raisins 2 spn or more optional

Mix egg and sugar well until sugar melts..
Add in milk and vanilla essence beat well..
Add in other ingredients except bread mix well..
Finally cut the bread into squares add it ..
Mix gently..cover well with foil sheet.

In airfryer keep the pot directly
use bake mode 375 deg for 40 minutes.. check after 30 minutes..
Adjust 5 to 10 minutes ..
Use a fork or chopstick to check its done..

Use oven safe ceramic or cake bowl..

Yummy bread pudding ready..

Bread Manchurian in Air Fryer

Bread 3 slices any kind
Cabbage 1 cup finely chopped
Carrot 1 cup grated
Kashmiri chilli powder 2 spn
Hing a pinch
Corn flour 1/4 cup
Ginger thinly sliced 1 spn
Water 2 to 3 spn
Oil just for brushing

Grind the bread sliced in a mixi until it become fine powder…
Add in all other ingredients mix well
Knead well make it as fine smooth dough..
Don’t make it too tight..
Make small balls..place the balls directly in airfryer

Cook in Air fryer 375 deg 12 to 15 minutes
Flip inbetween and blush with oil..
Adjust 2 to 3 minutes until the ball becomes crispy..

Season like manchurian.. i did a simple seasoning with capsicum onion and ketchup…
