Egg biriyani

Boil egg
Keep aside..

Heat butter and oil in a wide pan
Once oil is hot add biryani spices( leaf, cardamom, cinnamon, staranise, mace etc.,)
Add ginger garlic paste..fry well
chopped onions and fry till onions are light gold color
Add tomatoes.. Cook until it becomes mushy..
Add mint, coriander leaves and fry for 30 sec
Now add curd.. Cook well .. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder,corriander powder and biriyani masala..
Fry until oil separate from gravy..
Add boiled egg..and cook it till gravy is 80% cooked.

In between cook basmati rice

While cooking basmati rice add 1 TBS of butter and salt in water. cook bashmati rice till it is 80 % cooked. For 1 glass of water add 1.5 glass if water

Finally take a baking Trey and add egg gravy at the bottom and layer rice on top of gravy. Apply some ghee on the top..Cover it with foil sheet.and place it in 450 degree preheat oven for 30 mins to 40 min.

Cabbage egg fried rice…

Rice 1 cup
Ghee 2 spn
Salt
Cabbage finely chopped 1/2 cup
Egg 2 or 3
Pepper powder 1 spn
Ginger 1 inch
Green chilies 2
Onion 1
Jeera 1 spn

Cook rice with 1 spn of ghee and little salt
Keep it cool

Heat a pan
Add oil and a spn of ghee
Add jeera
And add onion saute well
Add ginger green chilies paste
Fry until it turns golden brown
Add cabbage
Cook with salt
Once 50% cooked add salt and pepper
Now add eggs
Fry well
Add cooked rice mix well
Chk salt n pepper

Garnish with coriander leaves

Chilli sauce and soya sauce optional….

Carrot poori with kerala Egg curry😋😋

Carrot poori

Wheat flour or multigrain atta 3 cups
Salt 1/2 spn
Carrot 2 big
Oil as required

Take a blender put the diced carrots and blend well
If u don’t hav blender use mixi to blend
Add wheat flour salt
Knead well
Make it as poori dough
Apply oil to keep the moisture
Make poori

Serve hot 😋😋😋

Egg curry

Egg 4
Onion 3
Coconut 1/4 cup
Corriander powder 3 spn
Chilli powder 1 spn or u can use green chilli instead of chilli powder
Oil 1 spn
Turmeric 1/4 spn
Curry leaves
Mustard
Salt

Boil the egg
Mean while fry the coconut, corriander powder and chilli powder with one spn of oil
Keep it cool
Add some water and grind it

Heat oil in a pan
Add mustard and curry leaves
Add thinly sliced onions
Fry till golden brown
Add turmeric
Add the paste and add water as required
Use less water the gravy should be thick
Add salt
Slit the eggs add that too in the gravy
Cook in medium flame until oil separate from the gravy

This gravy suitable for poori chapthi idiyapam or any tiffin items
And its easy to prepare

Quick n easy rasamalai recipe

milk powder 1 cup ( i used nido)
Egg 1
Oil 1 spn
Baking soda a pinch

Milk 4 cups
Saffron few
Cardamom powder 1/4 spn
Sugar 10 to 12 spn
Nuts (pista , almond chopped for garnishing)

Heat milk saffron cardamom powder sugar all together…
While boiling milk we prepare the dough for malai
Take milk powder, beaten egg, baking soda and a spn of oil..
Mix gently with hands
Make small balls and flat it like rasamalai..
Make small balls it will double the size once u cook it

When milk is boiling add the malai balls slowly
Once the balls start to swell up lower the flame..
Cook for few more minutes..
Garnish with almond and pista..

Serve chill 😋😋😋

Drumstick leaves egg fry

Drumstick leaves 2 cups
Onion 1
Jeera 1 spn
Oil 1 spn
Turmeric 1/4 spn
Chilli powder 1 spn
Pepper 1/2 spn
Sat
Egg 4

Heat a pan
Add oil
Add jeera followed by onions
Fry well
Add turmeric and chilli powder
And salt
Add drumstick leaves now
Cover and cook until leaves cooked well
No water needed
Add egg when all water evaporated from the leaves
Fry well add pepper powder now
Add salt if need…

Onion 1
Ginger 1 inch grated optional
Green chilies 2 finely chopped
Oil 1 spn
Curry leaves few
Turmeric 1/4 spn
Salt as required
Pepper powder 1 spn

Beat the eggs keep aside

Heat a pan
Add oil
Add grated ginger and green chilies
Fry for a minute
Add onions
Fry until translucent
Add curry leaves
Add turmeric fry well
Add pepper powder and salt
Now add the beaten eggs
Fry in medium flame until eggs well cooked

Can add finely diced capsicum at the end
Fry for a minute

Egg fry ready… perfect combo for any curry or rasam 😋😋😋

Kothu Parota with Egg

Parota 4 cooked and cut as small pieces
Onion 1 finely chopped
Ginger grated 1/2 spn
Mixed veggies finely chopped 1 cup
(Carrot, beans,potato)
Salt as required
Pepper 1/2 spn
Egg 2
Turmeric 1/4 spn
Chilli powder 1 spn
Garam masala 1 spn
Oil 2 spn
Ketchup 1 spn optional
Curry leaves and corriander leaves for garnishing

Heat a pan
Add oil
Add onions, ginger fry well
Add veggies with little salt
Cook in medium flame
Just sprinkle water if needed
Add all spice powders
Add ketchup too
Fry well
Beat the eggs
Add the eggs fry in medium flame until eggs cooked completely
Add parotas fry in high flame for 3 to 4 mins
Garnish with curry leaves and corriander leaves

Banana Cake 🍰

Banana 2
Eggs 3
Sugar 1 cup
Flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 spn
Salt a pinch
Butter 1 stick
Vanilla essence 2 spn

Smash banana first
Add sugar and butter
Beat well until sugar melts
Add eggs beat well for 2 mins
Add flour , baking powder, salt, vanilla essence
Beat well until it turns into smooth

Preheat oven 350 deg
Grease baking tray with butter
Pour the batter into baking tray
Bake for 35 to 40 mins
After its done make it cool
Remove gently from the baking tray

Serve yummy yummy cake 🍰

Eggs 4
Cinnamon 1 inch
Fennel seeds 1 spn
Curry leaves few
Oil 2 spn
Onion 1

To grind…
Coconut grated 3 spn
Fennel seeds 1 spn
Garlic 5 pods
Whole pepper 1 to 2 spn
Tomato 2
Chilli powder 1 spn
Turmeric 1/2 spn
Corriander powder 3 spn

Boil eggs and peel the skin
Cut eggs into half (can use whole eggs too.. )
Grind the ingredients for masala (all items in the to grind section)

Heat oil in a pan
Add cinnamon, fennel seeds, curry leaves
Fry for few seconds
Add thinly sliced onions
Fry until translucent
Add the grounded masala
Add in salt and required water
Let it boil until the raw smell goes off
Add the boiled eggs
Keep the flame in medium for few minutes..
Garnish with coriander leaves…

Serve with rice , chapati, idli or dosa…
