Cornflour Halwa

Corn flour 1 cup
Sugar 3 cups
Food color 1 pinch
Water 4 cups
Elachi powder 1/4 spn
Cashew 10
Ghee 3 spn

Take a microwave safe bowl
Add corn flour, water , sugar, food color
Mix everything well without lumps
Keep it in microwave high for 4 minutes
Mix again
Then keep it for 2 minutes
Mix again
Microwave for 6 more minutes mix in the middle every 2 minutes

Heat ghee in a pan
Mix cashew and elachi powder
Spread it in a tray
Put the cooked halwa and mix once

Keep it cool
Make pieces and serve

Pepper Chicken Restaurant style

Pepper Chicken Restaurant style

Chicken 1/2 kg
Onion 1 big finely chopped
Green chilies 2 to 3
Ginger garlic paste 1 spn
Whole pepper 2 spn
Fennel seeds 1 spn
Whole jeera 1 spn
Turmeric 1/4 spn
Chilli powder 1 spn optional
Oil 2 spn
Curry leaves few
Corriander leaves for garnishing

First grind whole pepper, fennel seeds, jeera as coarse powder

Heat oil in a pan
Add green chilies and onion
Fry with little salt
Add ginger garlic paste
Fry well until raw smell leaves
Add the pepper powder mix
Add turmeric and chili powder too
Add salt and curry leaves
Fry well
Add chicken mix well
Cover and Cook in medium flame until chicken cooks properly
Mix in between
Once chicken cooked well
Check salt and spiciness
Adjust salt and pepper powder..
Garnish with coriander leaves

Serve hot 😋😋😋

Masala Puri (street food)

Dried peas 2 cups
Tomato 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 spn
Turmeric Powder 1/2 spn
Chilli powder 2 spn
Salt
Garam masala 1 spn optional
Chat masala optional
Oil 2 spn
Onion finely chopped 1
Grated carrot 1 cup
Finely chopped corriander leaves 1 cup
Sev 1 cup
Papdi or puri for bhel ready made few
Lemon 1

Soak dried peas overnight or atleast 4 hrs
Pressure Cook the peas

Heat oil in a pan
Add ginger garlic paste
Add tomatoes
Fry well
Add salt and spice powders
Once raw smell leaves add cooked peas
Fry for few mins

Now take a serving bowl or foil tray
Pour the peas gravy at the bottom
Add chat masala (sprinkle with spoon) optional
Add the following items as layers
Papdi
Onion
Carrot
Corriander leaves
Sev
Again onion and carrot
Squeeze lemon juice on the top of it..

Mix little by little before serving

Yummy delicious masala puri ready to serve..

Tri Colour Coconut Burfi

Coconut grated 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Ghee 2 spoon
Cashew or roasted gram dhal 2 to 3 spoon
Elachi powder 1 pinch

Heat a pan
Add sugar with 1/4 cup water
Just to dissolve the sugar
Cook until it reaches one string consistency
Add coconut
Mix well untill it gets thick
Add elachi powder and cashew
Add a spoon of ghee into it
Mix well
Dont mix too long , otherwise it become caramelized..
Pour it in a flat plate (apply ghee in the plate before pouring )
Make pieces before it gets hard.. use any color while making sugar syrup…

Chapathi Noodles with mixed veggies

Chapathi 4 cut into small pieces like noodles
Carrot , beans, potato finely chopped 1 cup
Peas 1/4 cup optional
Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
Green chilies 3 finely chopped
Salt and pepper as required
Tomato ketchup 1 spn
Spring onions finely chopped 1/2 cup

Heat a pan
Add 1 spoon butter
Add ginger garlic paste and green chilies
Fry well
Add all veggies
Cook with little salt .. cover and cook in medium flame. No need to add water..
Add pepper 1/4 spn
Add spring onions saute for few minutes
Add tomato ketchup and mix well
Finally add chapathi’s fry in high flame for 2 mins

Yummy chapathi noodles ready to serve 😋😋

Capsicum Peanut Masala Rice

Rice 1 cup
Cook and make it cool completely

Capsicum 1 diced
Onion 1 finely chopped
Ghee 2 spoon (can add more for kids)
Mustard 1/4 spoon
Curry leaves few
Corriander seeds 2 spoon
Urad dhal 1 spoon
Peanut 2 spn
Red chillies 4 to 5
Jeera 1 spoon
Whole pepper 1/4 spoon
Salt as required

Roast corriander seeds, Urad dhal, peanut, red chillies, jeera, pepper with little oil..
Cool and grind it..
Masala ready

Heat a pan
Add ghee
Add mustard and curry leaves
Add onions fry until golden brown
Add the masala
Fry for 2 mins in medium flame
Add diced capsicum add salt
Fry for a minute
Add cooked rice
Fry until masala coated with rice

Serve hot 😋😋😋

Oven Baked Cauliflower Chilli

Cauliflower 1

Chilli powder 1 spn
Corn flour or besan flour 1 spn
Hing 1 pinch
Ginger garlic paste 1 spn optional
Salt as required
Olive oil 2 spn or can use any oil

Cut and clean the cauliflower

In a mixing bowl mix all the ingredients
Make it as smooth paste
Add cleaned cauliflowers
Mix well
Preheat oven for 400 deg
Bake for 35 to 40 mins

Crispy cauliflower chilli ready
If u want more crispy leave it for few more minutes… ghee can be used instead of oil if its for kids…
Serve with ketchup or side for fried rice 🍲

Mushroom Pepper Fry

Mushroom 1/2 kg
Onion 1 finely chopped
Tomato 2 make it puree
Ginger garlic paste 1 spn
Jeera 1/2 spn
Pepper 1 spn full
Garam masala 1 spn
Salt as required
Oil or butter 2 spn

Heat pan
Add oil once it heat add jeera
Add ginger garlic paste
Fry well
Add onions fry until golden brown
Add tomato puree now
Fry for few minutes
Add mushroom pepper and garam masala
Salt
Fry for 1 minute
Add little water cover and cook until it becomes dry
Finally garnish with curry leaves and corriander leaves

Simple Rasam

Tomato 1
Tamarind juice 1 cup
Garlic crushed 5 to 6
Mustard 1/4 spn
Urad dhal or channa dhal 1/4 spn
Hing 1 pinch
Curry leaves few
Jeera , whole pepper crushed 1 spn
Rasam powder 1 spn optional
Turmeric 1 pinch
Corriander leaves few
Salt as required

Take a bowl
Squeeze the tomatoes by hand
Add tamarind juice, rasam powder, turmeric, garlic, salt
Mix well

Heat a pan
Add oil
Add mustard and urad dhal
Once splutter add curry leaves
Jeera pepper powder
Pour the prepared mix
Check the salt
Add hing at the end
Cook in medium flame until it form the foam
Dont cook more than one boil

Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve hot ….
